Final tutorials before the break and January critique

Last Design Studio day before the holidays and January final presentations.
Audio filers have been sent to those who attended tutorials, I hope you can open the files ok. Any problems let me know.

The main message is that you must carefully consider the quality and quantity of work that you put into this semester long project. It should clearly show evidence of 12 weeks of work!

Spatial Analysis
Mapping:  site analysis / Arcola and surrounding site
Design Proposal: showing links to Spatial Analysis and Mapping - research data, drawings, models.. Make sure to show ideas clearly through the concept and visuals etc.

Practice presenting the project - invite an audience, how clear is the proposal? It's a good way to rehearse so you are ready on the big day on 8th January.

Pre-Christmas presentations

Not a lot of activity in the project blog lately - time has been moving faster than most of us would like..!

Today we had pre-Christmas presentations and overall good response. Some work to be completed over the holidays now - defining the interior, connecting to spatial analysis tasks and client requirements, tidying up presentations, clarifying concepts..

More on this and what to particularly think about will follow in emails and feedback was emailed today to all presenting students.
